The Mad Max, a handsome 40-foot "Cruise-a-Home" boat, is fully equipped for living on the water.  Max is completely furnished and rents for $1,400 per month which includes electricity, water, sewage and trash pickup.

I'm Christy, the owner, and I have lived on Cruise-a-Homes on Lake Union for three years.  Mad Max is my second Cruise-a-Home.  I lived on Max for over a year, and I have just bought a third boat and moved onto it, so Max is available for you.

Mad Max includes:

  • Head (Bathroom):  Fully modern with shower, tub and new toilet, electric water heater.
     

  • Stateroom (Bedroom):  Brand new full-size mattress.  Six-drawer bureau, large closet, door opens onto aft (back) deck.
     

  • Galley (Kitchen):  Propane range with four burners, propane oven, stainless-style refrigerator, two-basin sink and new microwave.
     

  • Living room:  Wide open space with a couch, bistro table and much more.
     

  • Beautiful upper deck with scenic views of Lake Union.

  • Electric oil-filled space heaters to keep you warm using the free electricity.
